The open sides ensure that you have full control over the mill both for front mounting and reversing, and the serrated feed rollers ensure that the mill eats its way through ice and hard-packed snow. The rollers are clogged in the sides so that no snow is left in the roadway. A new and specially adapted automatic coupling is mounted on the fan shaft so you don't have to spend time changing breaking screws.
