The 2120 and 2121 are heavy duty rear blades for pro users.
Dalen 2120 and 2121 Rear blade are heirs of the best-selling shears Dalen 2019 and Dalen The new shears are 2.75 and 3 meters wide respectively.
The shears have been integrated to throwing wing, similar to the top model 2022, which makes it easier to move a greater amount of snow and more easily get the snow off the road, over auto protection or low ploughs.
Another feature inherited from 2022 is the hollow profile at the bottom of the reef with the possibility of weight gain by laying in steel or concrete. By utilizing this, you can increase the weight of the cut by up to 200 kg (depending on the shear model and filler material).
Choose hydraulic equipment as needed
The shears can be obtained with fully hydraulic steering, or with manual boom and hydraulic control of the cutting. In both cases, the blade can be easily flipped hydraulically from the driver's seat.
Shock load valve can be installed to reduce the risk of damage to the equipment. In the event of a clash with the dome lids, curbs and the like, the oil is pushed via the shock load valve to the other side of the plunger. The pressure in the cylinder is reduced, the shear blade gives in, and the equipment gets better protection against damage.
Asymmetrical design
2120 and 2121 Rear blade is asymmetrically stored. This means that the right side of the shear blade protrudes further than the left, and you do not have to drive all the way out into the edge of the snow when snow clearing.
In addition, it is always the short left side of the shear blade that goes under the boom when turning the cut. With a short boom, the centre of gravity is placed closer to the tractor and when ploughing heavy and heavy snow you have greater control over both tractor and shear. You will especially notice this on the slopes.
The storage of the shear blade has an integrated tool for tightening and thus prevents slack. The bolt also has an integrated grease nipple. The sliding surface is also equipped with grease strips for less wear and easier turning.
Integrated connection
The scrapers are supplied with integrated connectors for three-point, Triangle or HMV. Integrated couplings are better than intermediate frames as it provides less slack, is more powerful and brings the center of gravity closer to the tractor. The couplings also have lubrication for greater reliability and longer service life.
Manual or hydraulic wheels
Manual or hydraulic support wheels provide precise control over the scraping. Choose from different types, adapted to your needs. Manual or hydraulic wheels in 5.00×8" or 6.00×9" forklift tyres. The forklift tyres provide a steadier shear with less vibration. Rubber dampers prevent the wheel fork from hitting the blade.
Warning light
By equipping the shears with LED lights, safety and visibility along the road are increased. Available as an optional extra.
Scraping edges
The tractor scrapers come with smooth wear steel as standard. In addition, reversible, toothed or perforated wear steels are supplied – all with 305 mm hole distance, what we call "road standard".
Optional extras
Hydraulic steering of boom, shock valve (recommended), manual or hydraulic support wheels in 5.00×8" or 6.00×9" forklift tyres
